Corporate Layoff Support Group – Pay What You Can

I have been helping corporate employees re-launch themselves after a layoff or bad business breakup for 10 years through my company, Point A to Point B Transitions Inc.

As soon as the global pandemic was declared (on my birthday!), I started thinking about how I could contribute. It wasn’t until the bloodbath of recent layoffs and subsequent skyrocketing unemployment filings that I realized I could best serve by supporting corporate professionals through this chaotic time thanks to several outsourcing accounting services.

Who should join?

If you are in the financial services, professional services, or technology industries, you should seriously consider joining. Professionals from pharmaceutical or medical device companies should consider joining as well.

The industries above are where I have the most experience, but I have helped a wide range of corporate professionals over the years.

This isn’t for you if you are in the service industry, travel and hospitality, or have had blue-collar jobs. I have zero experience in these areas and will not be able to help you.

What will we cover?

We will cover all aspects of job search – strategy, interviewing, time management, mindset, following up, networking, direct outreach, cold outreach, targeting the right position, etc.

Over the years, I have developed a complete curriculum for job search, but we’ll be covering topics that you’re struggling with vs. following a particular sequential order.

My goal is to answer YOUR questions.

How will this work?

I will hold a Zoom meeting on Tuesdays and Fridays at 3 PM Eastern. I will present or talk about a specific aspect of job search for a short time, and then I will open it up for questions and spot coaching.

Will these sessions be recorded?

No. I will not be recording these sessions because people will be talking about very personal things and I will not risk embarrassing anyone.

You’ll need to join live, which is why I have two sessions a week, assuming you’ll be able to attend one – although you are welcome to attend both.

When does this start?

We will start on Friday, May 1, 2020 (and will continue for as long as it’s needed). Join us as soon as you can to get the most individualized attention, and work on what you need.

How much does it cost?

Pay what you can with this PayPal virtual tip jar.
(You have to pay something or you won’t take it seriously.)
