I can assure you with absolute certainty that few things are more frightening than sending your brand new baby eBook out to people you admire and respect for reviews. Terrifying, in fact. But that is exactly what I did this morning.

A few people responded immediately, congratulating me on having “shipped,” to use Seth Godin’s word. That felt really good.

Now the waiting starts. Who will actually send me a blurb? What will it say? Will they like it? Ugh.

It’s a character flaw but I don’t take feedback well. I am working on doing better with that. Right now I am sitting here slightly nervous thinking, “Please don’t call my baby ugly.”
