Recalibrate: Mid-life Career/Life Realignment Workshop – April 29, 2023

Some things are working well in your life – but they could be even better.

Some things are not working in your life and they need to change.

Or, maybe you have come to a point where you are considering a big change like a career reinvention or retirement.

You need to recalibrate.

Small change, big difference

A very small change when steering a boat can take it to a completely different place. This is the same in your life.

You may not need to make a big change to change your life for the better.

Or, you may want to completely reboot your life.

That’s fine – you get to choose!

But thought won’t get you anywhere without action. What you need is a plan.

That is exactly what we will help you create – a plan.

In this workshop we will:

  • Take an inventory of what is working in your life, and what could be improved
  • Identify your personal values and how you can live in integrity with them
  • Uncover any negative self-talk or unhelpful thoughts that may be holding you back
  • Imagine what your desired future state could look like
  • Map a plan forward to move toward your desired state
  • Commit to making a first small step

Think of this plan as the new coordinates for the GPS of your life.

Virtual event! Join us on Saturday, April 29, 2023, on Zoom from 12:00 PM EDT to 3 PM EDT for exploration, creation, and spot coaching.

Energized, inspired

What if you could live a life where you feel energized and inspired?

(If that’s too big a stretch, what if you could not be completely drained at the end of the day?)

The last few years have given us the opportunity to reconsider the place work has in our lives and what is actually important to us. And while you may know that you need to make a shift, you might need some help.

Just what I need! I’m in!

Recalibrate half-day workshop

Join career transition expert Catherine Altman Morgan and certified life coach Angie Rome Gonzalez for this three-hour juicy exploration of possibility. You will leave not only feeling sparked, but also with an action plan.

This will be a small group of no more than 8 participants, so sign up early!

We will have three 45-minute sessions with breaks in between.

(45-minutes) Session 1: Taking inventory. You are here, but where is that exactly? And what makes you…you? We will do a worksheet on values so you can confirm (or identify) yours. We also will do some journaling in response to question prompts, and share any insights with the group.

(45-minutes) Session 2: Exploring. What do you want to create? What would you do or try if you thought it was possible? We will do a short meditation to drop in and blow up the “rules” of what is and isn’t possible. Then, we will do some journaling to envision and imagine what might be possible for us. Volunteers will receive spot coaching on whatever came up for them – limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, “shoulds,” etc.

(45-minutes) Session 3: Recalibrating. How will you adjust your life and work to support you and your dream? What small step can you take on your new path? In this session, we will put the pieces back together in a way that works better for you. The wisdom is truly in the group, so as you share your insights and experience and hear what others share, you will have many additional ideas to consider. (It’s kind of magical, actually.)

You will leave this workshop with a clear vision and a solid action plan with easy steps and very doable tasks that will help support you in creating whatever you want to create.

Motivation fades, but taking small steps over time leads to big results every time.
